Candidate Forum - House District 51A - League of Women Voters in Dakota County UPDATE 20 September 2018:Â Â You can watch the video of the Forum on Eagan-TV's Youtube Channel.
Dakota County, MN – The League of Women Voters Dakota County will host a forum for candidates seeking to represent District 51A in the Minnesota House of Representatives. House District 51A includes portions of Eagan and Burnsville.
The forum will be held Wednesday, September 19 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Central Oaks Room at Eagan Community Center, 1501 Central Pkwy, Eagan, MN 55121.
Two candidates are seeking election, including Jim Kiner and Sandra Masin, both of whom have confirmed they will participate in the forum.
Questions will be accepted in writing both during the forum and in advance via email to lwvdakotacty@lwvmn.org.
The forum will be broadcast live by Eagan Television (ETV) on:
• Comcast channel 16
• CenturyLink channel 8835 (HD) or 8335 (SD)
• Webstream www.cityofeagan.com/live-stream-2
The video will subsequently be made available online at www.eagan-tv.com/elections.
Ballots will be cast for the candidates starting September 21 via absentee voting through the general election on November 6.
