It has been an honor to serve as a state representative for the last four years, and I am proud of the work I accomplished for the citizens of my district and of Minnesota. I have a great respect for the people in our community as well as the people who make our legislative process work.

I am also proud of the campaign my team ran. We had volunteers and staff who did an incredible job of getting information out on the candidates and the issues. Many of our citizens were doing their own research as well before casting their vote.

I extend my gratitude to everyone who participated in the election process. Please accept my appreciation for all the time and effort that you spent helping us maintain our freedom of expression and our democratic form of government.

My best wishes to our new representative as she takes over responsibility for our district.
